The outstanding achievements of the great leader comrade KIM JONG IL in creating a socialist Korea.-Thomas Loesch, Chairman of the Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism study-group in Austria


Leader Kim Jong II was born on the 16. February 1942 in the secret camp of

Mount Paektu, during the fatherland liberation war. From his early childhood

on, Kim Jong Il was always on the side of Leader Kim Il Sung. In 1945 the

Korean people under the leadership of leader Kim Il Sung defeated the

Japanese Imperialists. In the year 1950 the USA, together with the south Korean

puppet regime started war against the DPRK. In a three-year long war, the

Korean people’s army under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung, defeated

the US- Imperialists and their allies. The Juche-Ideology created by the great

Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung is the guiding line for the Korean people in their

struggle for independence and sovereignty. From his childhood on, the dear

Leader Kim Jong Il studied very intensive the works and speeches of President

Kim Il Sung. When he was a student, he taught his colleges and even his

teachers about the works of his father. In 1982 he systemized the thoughts and

speeches of Leader Kim Il Sung to the work “on the Juche-Idea”.


This book, which has been translated in more than one-hundred different

languages, is a treasure of mankind. In his work, Leader Kim Jong Il explain in a

very clear way, the theory of the Juche-Idea. This book gives not only the

Korean people, but also people al over the world a clear understanding of the

philosophical principles of the Juche-Idea. In the Year 1964 hie started his work


in the Central Committee of the Workers Party of Korea. Beside his work in

the CC he developed cinema, theatre, dance and music in a origin Korean style.

He also got high ranks in the Korean Army. In the year 1994 when leader Kim Il

Sung passed away Kim Jong Il became his successor in State, Army, and Party

affairs. During the “arduous march” in the middle of the 1990 th, when the

Korean people suffer a lot of hardships, Comrade Kim Jong Il took all

measures for the security and independence of the country. To protect the

country, Leader Kim Jong Il developed the Songun-politics. This Army-first

policy ,means that the People's Army serves as the main force of revolution

and the unity of the army and the people helps to safeguard the independence

of the country as well as build up socialism.


The 60 th anniversary of the start of work in the Central Committee of the PdAK

of his Excellency, is a very important date for all progressive people all around

the world.


We as Juche-follower must study the theory of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and

about the activities and achievements of Leader Kim Jong Il.

The great leader comrade KIM JONG IL has worked on the Central Committee of the Workers Party of Korea from Juche 53 (1964) for a long time, as the most intimate comrade of and faithful aide to President KIM IL SUNG, spearheading Korea's history – past, present and future.
