Being here is very humbling for who am I to talk of such a great man? And among people who know more, have closer relations to his country and who have visited it, no less. Today we gathered in the Ziegenshalsstätte to honour our great comrade Kim Jong Il and his 60th anniversary of the start of his work at the Central Committee of the Workers Party of Korea.(WPK)  I speak for everyone here  that we all appreciate his ambition and his hard work in the WPK to proceed to build the WPK as the party of Juche .. We all should admire and emulate his aspiration, and put all our effort in the Korean Friendship Association (KFA)   to defend the DPRK with no Ifs or Buts! I'm glad to see more members in the KFA .   The upcoming 60th anniversary of the start of work of the great Leader Comrade  KIM JONG IL  at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) gives us the idea and the opportunity to hail his great achievements on foreign activities. Shortly after the historic day of June 19, Juche 53 (1964), he entered into the responsible phase of actively assisting the great Leader Comrade  KIM IL SUNG  in his external activities. The 1960s and 1970s were the time when the WPK concentrated its foreign contacts and relations on the newly emerged independent countries. The WPK and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) strengthened their antiimperialist solidarity with Asian, African and Latin-American countries.
